A new site, defined by you and supported by us

Welcome to the New Cater Allen website.

 At Cater Allen we are always striving to find new ways to support our professional adviser partners and your valuable clients.  Over recent months we have been looking at the way you like to do business with us, as well as how you use our site, and are proud to introduce what we hope you will discover to be an intuitive and refreshing website update.

In addition to making the site simpler to navigate and find all the bank account and structured product information that you and your clients need; more importantly the new site gives us scope to develop content and tools to assist you in delivering the service that your clients expect and to enable us to work alongside you and share our knowledge during what we know to be turbulent times.

Please browse the site and look out for:

• The Collate and Send tool, enabling you to email a link to all the downloadable literature relating to a particular bank account to yourself and your clients.  This tool is for you; we will not capture or store your client’s information.
• The Structured Products Knowledge Centre; we are beginning to fill this area with blog content and answers to frequently asked questions which are exclusively for the use of financial advisers.
• The ‘Share’ functionality, giving you the option to share content with your peers and colleagues via email or twitter, or to save items to your favourites for later.
• TheMobileversion! When you’re on the move, you’ll see that the new website recognises that you’re visiting from a mobile device and will deliver a version to your mobile browser that allows you to easily access content and show account information to your clients.

This version of the site is just the start and we intend to continue to build on this platform that is now available in ways that will improve your day-to-day dealings with Cater Allen.
