Internet Banking Improvements
At Cater Allen we are always keen to receive feedback from our clients and partners in order that we may build our services around your needs, making your banking experience with us as smooth and professional as possible. We have listened to your suggestions regarding the ‘Payments and Transfers’ section within Cater Allen internet banking and working, in the background, on improving this area.
As a result, on the evening of October 15th 2011 we will release a new version of our Internet Banking service featuring significant changes to these pages, now called ‘Manage your Payments’. We hope you will find the process to be much improved!
The menu has been simplified and re-labelled to be more intuitive and the process adjusted allowing you to first choose what type of payment you would like to make and then offering a choice of your regular payees. You can also more easily manage your regular payments; you will be able to change any or all of the details such as paying a different payee, from an alternative account, or simply changing the payment amount or date.
To make a payment to a new payee you will be taken to a page to first create the payee and add this to your list before entering your payment instructions. The screens to enter regular payment instructions / standing orders have also been hugely simplified; the step by step process will ask you to select your payee, followed by the account from which you wish to make the payment and then simply enter the amount and select the date and frequency using our new, user friendly online form.
In addition to these changes, following many requests we have also made the log-in fields as well as some other fields requiring information, automatically tab from one box to the next. We believe this will please a lot of our regular clients!
We thank you again for your feedback and always welcome your comments. Please use our online contact-us form to share your suggestions.
If you are trying to access Cater Allen internet banking on the evening of Saturday 15th October, please be aware that the service will be unavailable for parts of this evening while we implement the above changes.
