All of our services are tailored towards making your - and your client's - banking experience with us smooth and rewarding. Most of our accounts offer your clients full banking facilities and balance the level of interest offered with the amount of access needed to their funds.
We make it easy to open an account with us; aiming to make our application forms as simple to understand and easy to complete as possible and we listen to your feedback to amend and improve these as far as we can. Additionally, you can also use these if you wish to become a private client yourself, or want to open a business account with us.
We also realise that you want your client to receive a level of service that you can feel proud to have recommended and so we aim to look after your client in the way that you would.

We know that it is key that you need to retain control of the financial advice your clients receive, which is why we guarantee that we will not cross-sell other products or services to your clients unless we have your written permission to do so. We will keep you informed of new developments and additional services, but will leave it up to you to communicate these, as you think appropriate, to your clients.
