Summary of changes, including an update to our Terms and Conditions

We currently have a relationship with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), which previously allowed us to process all our payments through them. They also provided limited counter services for our customers. As previously notified to all customers, we are ending our relationship with RBS and so from 1st July are no longer offering counter services. Please continue to pay in cheques using our postal pre-paid envelopes or pay into your Account electronically.

Our payments processing has now moved from RBS to Santander. Existing customers will have received a letter containing their new personalised references (Bank Identifier Code (BIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN)) for use when receiving international payments. These details must be used going forwards and if you need a reminder of these you can find them on the front of your statements and within your Internet Banking.
