Managing your relationships
We aim to make it easy as possible to open an account with us by making our application forms simple to understand and easy to complete. We listen to your feedback to amend and improve these as far as we can. Additionally, you can also use these if you wish to become a private client yourself, or want to open a business account with us.
We also appreciate that you want your client to receive a level of service that you can feel proud to have recommended and so we aim to look after your client in the way that you would.
Looking after your clients
Whether your clients prefer to deal with us by phone, online or post, they can expect a prompt reply that answers queries effectively. Our Executive Team is dedicated to Intermediaries and happy to help you with any day-to-day queries or requests about new or existing client accounts.
Our Executive Team is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
