Out of hours Internet Banking and card security
If you believe that your secure log-in credentials for Internet Banking have been compromised, or you wish to reactivate your Visa Debit Card, our free phone Client Team number offers an out-of-hours answering service.
Please call the number below, you will be prompted to leave a message, including a summary of your request, your telephone number, and your Cater Allen account number. Please do not tell us your PIN number, your PAC code or your Internet Banking Password. For security reasons we will never ask for these in full.
The Client Team will pick up messages at 8.00am the following day and act on your instructions accordingly, contacting you after 8.00am to confirm any security information that's required.
For compromised Internet Banking credentials the Client Team will take immediate action to lock your Internet Banking access when your message is picked up at 8.00am and they will record the incident. You will be contacted by a member of the team after 8.00am to confirm your security information and only following this will a request for a new Personal Access Code (PAC) and Internet Banking Password (IBP) be actioned. These will be issued to you by post.
