To add an employee who's brand new to our digital services, please complete and return our intermediary employee access request form to us by email here.
Download our How-to-Guide (pdf) to help you navigate the online portal.

Frequently asked questions
General
You can open trust, SIPP, SSAS, personal (including those with a power of attorney) and Limited Company accounts through the Intermediary Account Opening Portal.
To open any other account, please visit our accounts pages for more information and how to apply.
Each user will receive a welcome email from a Cater Allen Noreply email address.
Then use the link in the email to create a password and complete registration. Don't forget to check your spam or junk mail folders if you don't receive an email that you're expecting.
Whilst most intermediaries will use the single application method, a few will submit application for multiple customers at the same time. If you're interested in doing this, please contact your Relationship Director. If you don’t have a Relationship Director, you can call our Executive Team on 0800 092 5500.
We'd like to keep your clients up to date with products, services and ask for feedback. Please choose marketing preferences for each applicant in line with their wishes.
We might ask some extra questions. This is to support our ongoing commitment to preventing financial crime. It'll reduce the need for us to ask for more information after the application has been submitted.
In the Intermediary employee access request form, each person should register under the master number they open most accounts under. You can then link the new account to a different master number at the end of an application, if you have multiple masters.
