We recently wrote to all customers regarding upcoming interest rates changes and to remind customers of their Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) cover of £85,000.

Unfortunately, due to an error, we included previously closed accounts and have written to some customers who no longer hold accounts with us. We apologise for any inconvenience or upset caused if you’ve been impacted by this. We can reassure you that you will not receive any further correspondence from us going forwards if your account(s) with us are closed.
